At MJ's - owned and operated by Mike and Jill Lentz - you are in good and experienced hands! After being in the coffee bar business for over 18 years in Columbia, Maryland; Mike, Jill and family decided it was time for a change. They jumped ship and dove into the full service restaurant business. For their new endeavor they chose New Bern because of its charm, small town lifestyle and closeness to the water. MJ's Offers a wide selection of seafood dishes all prepared with a touch of Maryland in them. Our signature crab cakes are grandma's recipe and they are Maryland style all the way. But MJ's is not just a seafood restaurant we offer, by far, the BEST burger in town, great steaks, sandwiches and salads and Jill makes wonderful fresh desserts everyday. And if your in the mood for some oysters, we've got them, steamed or raw whatever your lookin for. |
